Dear Nephropediatricians,

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the National Nephropediatrics Forum, which will take place on May 3rd, at 7pm local time, at the Hotel GranOdara. This meeting's central purpose is to discuss the urgent needs of our field, especially in terms of medical assistance, remuneration and industry support, in addition to addressing the necessary updates in legislation and good practices. It will be an excellent opportunity to get together and discuss how we can together overcome the challenges faced in nephropediatrics.

One of the main focuses will be the analysis and discussion of RDC No. 11, of March 13, 2014, which regulates fundamental aspects of our practices. We hope to not only clarify doubts, but also promote a constructive dialogue about how we can adapt and improve our regulatory compliance. We will take advantage of this meeting to prepare a conclusive document, which will be forwarded to the pediatric nephrology departments of the nephrology and pediatrics societies, the industries involved and influential politicians. This document will represent our deliberations and recommendations to move forward on the issues discussed.
