I entered and completed my fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology and Internal Medicine Nephrology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, USA. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with my colleagues at the Mayo Clinic Children's Center since 2006.  I was Chair of the Division of Pediatric Nephrology from 2012 to 2023.  I am an Assistant Professor of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine and currently the Mayo Clinic Vice Chair of children's center practice and medical director of pediatric kidney transplantation.
